Yiiiiiisssssss

I am the "get it done" woman. I am the "finally for once this term, i don't leave things to the last minute" woman. Actually, no. I still left this to the last minute. its just that things turned out better than i expected.

So i'm changing my major right, and i wanted to get it out of the way before I fly back. They don't allow you to change until late September if you don't do it by June 4th. So I only realised this on Saturday and therefore, had to go back to school today to sort the whole thing out. Apparently, you also have to make an appointment with an academic adviser in the particular major you want.

was prepared to not get anything done and have this whole issue hanging over my head the whole summer but when i got to the Political Science office, the lady there said that NOOOOO YOU DON'T HAVE TO SEE ANY ADVISOR. JUST FILL OUT THE FORM AND VOILA.

Ooh. Okay. That's one major down. Next, i went to the TEL building to the Comm Studies Undergrad office and asked if there was any possibility to see an Advisor with no appointment. Again AGAIN "Yes sure, Daisy Couto the undergrad advisor just left she'll be back in a few minutes then you can go see her." YES! Things are chugging along rather smoothly, i thought to myself.

and now, i am sitting back in my Uncle's house, with my majors sorted out for next year. and ooh, i also managed to set up my bank account for web banking purposes in order not to trouble any relatives in having to go down to the University to pay my enrollment deposits after i pick my courses in June.

I also managed to get Undergrad departmental course calendars for Poli Sci, Comm Studies and Humanities, meaning i will be picking my courses this year with proper information and breakdown of marks. *relief*

Less than 24 hours till I leave Canada. TBH its hard to leave Toronto right now because the weather is just so effin' gorgeous now. Am i getting older or am i becoming more British that i keep commenting about the weather?

Kay still have some packing to do. Bleurgh. I am packing and moving TWICE in a space of four days.
