Warning: Language

This year's Wimbledon is one big fucking joke.

Its Day 8 of the championships and we are still languishing in the 3rd/4th round. Thanks to the numpties who said the tournament didn't need to continue play on the middle sunday which is the traditional rest day. Well great, its already tuesday of the 2nd week and guess the fuck what? Play has been suspended for the EIGHT FUCKING TIME in ONE DAY. I'm pissed off. Pissed off at the fucking british weather and pissed off that I can't goddamn well stay up to watch till the wee hours of the morning because the next day, i have to go to work. FUCK. THIS. Bloody work. And yeah they show the repeat telecasts from 11.30am to 4.30pm everyday. But where am I during that time? Thats right, sitting in an office compiling a report. I feel like punching something now.

Even though Wimbledon is my favourite slam, I enjoyed Roland Garros much more this year. It is hard for one not to feel cheated. By the constant rain delays, by work, by the fact that i'm on holiday but can't even sit back and enjoy this because of said weather and said work commitments. Fucking Hell. And now it is 12.31a.m, we are in the middle of a huge thunderstorm. I go downstairs to watch some more and hope that they'll show the Roddick-Mathieu match while it rained, but noooo..Jankovic-Bartoli was on. I don't want to watch that fucking match, Jankovic lost and that makes me extremely peeved already. SHOW SOMETHING ELSE FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! Like the first set of Kiefer-Djokovic or the earlier sets of Hewitt-Canas. And i'm not being sexist here (i'm a female myself) but why the fuck do they always let the ladies play first? The Bullshit about chivalry does not apply here. When there is so much backlog of men's matches to clear, we have the ladies constantly getting on court first, holding it up and the fucking rain comes, and then the ladies come back on, then they have to go off again because the shitty rain decided to piss all over SW19 and then by the time they finish their matches, its too late for any more play to continue. And the next fucking day, the next set of ladies get to go first again. Which now results in the Ladies playing at the Quarterfinals stage already while most of the Men are still waiting to complete their 3rd round matches. This does not make fuck's sense.

I am seriously going to scream if I don't get to see Gasquet play. How many fucking days has "R Gasquet (FRA) vs J.W Tsonga (FRA) Men's Singles 4th Round" been on that board?? I still have NOT gotten to seen him play. Its bad enough at Roland Garros he got knocked out early and tv coverage is always tricky in early rounds of Grand Slams. You don't get to see the player you want. I think i'm gonna miss the V. Williams v Sharapova match. *sighs*

Go to Hell Wimbledon, and take your fucking rain delays, strawberries and cream, champagne and the sorry ass attitude of british tennis with you.
